    Acquired through multiple sellers, The Manor was reimagined through a master development plan that combined full historic renovations with two newly constructed residences. Now spanning four buildings with seven short-term rental units and one commercial storefront, The Manor reflects both preservation and thoughtful growth in the heart of Charleston.

    Guesthouse West

    Our first project, Guesthouse West brought together properties from multiple sellers and evolved through two historic renovations and two new builds. An additional acquisition in 2024 further expanded the site, which now includes six buildings with six short-term rental units, one long-term residence, a restaurant, and two commercial storefronts—a cornerstone of our growing portfolio.
