You can book your Charleston stay directly on our website or by calling our reservations team at 843-936-1688. For large groups, wedding accommodations, or event-related stays, we recommend reaching out to our team so we can help coordinate the best homes for your group.

Can I book directly instead of using a third-party site?

Yes. Booking directly through our website ensures you receive the best available pricing, access to exclusive promotions, and the most accurate availability for our Charleston homes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and ACH payments. If you prefer to avoid credit card processing fees, our team is happy to assist with alternative payment options.

Is a deposit required to secure a reservation?

A 50 percent deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Are there minimum stay requirements?

Most stays require a minimum of three nights on weekends and two nights on weekdays. Certain holidays, events, or peak travel periods may require longer minimum stays.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Where are your homes located in Charleston?

Our homes are located in the Cannonborough and Elliotborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston, a vibrant and walkable area close to restaurants, cafés, and King Street.

Is parking available?

Each home includes at least one designated parking space. Additional parking may be arranged for your stay based on availability.

What is included in the home?

Each home includes fresh linens, bath towels, starter toiletries, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry facilities, and essential household supplies.

Do you offer concierge services?

Yes. We offer a variety of concierge services including grocery delivery, private chefs, wellness services, celebration planning, equipment rentals, and curated Charleston experiences.
